PR Fitness was built for people who are tired of paying for a membership they never use. Good equipment, real coaching, and a system that keeps you accountable.
Why we started
Most people who join a gym stop going within eight weeks. Not because they are lazy — because nobody showed them what to do, the equipment they needed was broken or taken, and no one noticed when they stopped coming.
We built PR Fitness around fixing exactly those three things. There is a certified trainer on the floor on every shift who will write you a starter programme and correct your form. Equipment is on a monthly service schedule. And the moment your attendance drops off, you hear from us — not with a sales pitch, but with a nudge and a plan.
How we train
Whatever your goal — fat loss, strength, general fitness or just being able to climb the stairs without stopping — it starts the same way: a short conversation with a trainer, a body-composition check, and a written programme you can actually follow in the time you have.
From there you get reviewed regularly. Programmes change as you get stronger. Nobody is left doing the same three machines for a year because that is what they knew on day one.
Where to find us
We are at Katrap Road, Badlapur East, Badlapur, Maharashtra 421503, open from 05:30 on weekdays so you can train before work and still make your train. Parking is available and the gym is a short auto ride from the station.
Coaching, not selling
Our trainers are paid to coach, not to push supplement packages. If something is not right for you, we will say so.
A floor you want to train on
Equipment is serviced monthly, weights are re-racked through the day, and the changing rooms are cleaned on a schedule — not when someone complains.
Progress you can see
Body composition checks, a written programme and a trainer who reviews it with you. Turning up is only half of it — knowing it is working is the rest.
Nothing hidden
Prices on the website, plan and expiry in your own login, receipts for every payment. You should never have to ask us what you paid for.
